The first thing we do, to make sure an association board's vision is carried out, is organize all the resources at our disposal. Then we develop a plan to ensure that the details of the project are kept in order.
After we've organized the details of a project or task and set up a plan, we communicate that plan to the board and community at large, so that everyone is on the same page. We make sure that everyone understands what the goal is, and how we're going to accomplish that goal.
